Starting the new year on a forward-looking note, Ghaffari Fussell LLP is partnering with Crimson Litigation AI to explore how artificial intelligence can strengthen litigation and arbitration work in practice.

This partnership reflects our interest in understanding how emerging technology can support the realities of complex dispute work. Rather than adopting AI in the abstract, we are engaging directly with the tools, testing real use cases, and identifying where AI can meaningfully assist with case analysis, preparation, and strategic decision-making.

As part of the collaboration, we are working hands-on with Crimson's platform to assess how it performs in live scenarios. The focus is on practical applications — including analysing large volumes of material, surfacing key issues efficiently, and supporting the early stages of dispute preparation.
